Woman Dressed As Cow Arrested for Urinating on Porch

A woman was arrested Monday for being disorderly in public. She was drunk and ran around her neighborhood wearing a cow suit. The last straw was when she urinated on a neighbor's front porch, and disregarded warnings by officers that she go home.
