JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police have filed charges against an inmate who they say tried to hide illegal drugs inside a Northside prison in the folds of his stomach. Officers said Cedric Webb, 25, was at the Montgomery Correctional Center on the Northside when officers searching for contraband told him to lift his shirt. According to the police report, when Webb raised his shirt, the officer saw two bags of marijuana and tobacco tucked under a roll of his belly fat.
